· Set your name first. The bar under the tabs asks whose hands are on the board. Every note, status change, edit, and delete carries your name and a timestamp. No name, no changes.
· Find your lane. Tabs across the top: FMC Dealer (Ford programs and enrollments), Reynolds (DMS setup), Vendors (third parties), Facilities & IT, and People & HR. Inside each tab, items are grouped by department — use the department and status chips to filter.
· Work your items. The colored pill on each item is the status: Not Started In Process Blocked Completed. Click it to change it. Owner and ETA are editable right on the row — a red ETA means it's past due.
· Post status notes. Click Notes on any item to see its full history and add an update: what moved, what's blocking, who's on it. Status, ETA, owner, and title changes log themselves automatically.
· Add what's missing. Nothing too small, nothing too big. If it's not right at MCF and it's not on the board, hit + Add Item on the tab where it belongs.
· Edit and delete. The ✎ button renames an item; the ✕ button removes one that doesn't apply. Deletes are never erased — they move to the Deleted Items tracker at the bottom of the Overview tab with your name, the time, and your reason. Anything deleted can be restored with one click.
· Open fresh, every time. Close the board and reopen it each time you use it. A window left open all day shows stale statuses, and updating from it can write over somebody else's work. Open fresh → update → close.
· Check the Overview daily. Clear the Path shows every blocked item — those get worked first. Past ETA shows what's late. The header bar answers one question: are we operational yet?
If it's blocked, say who can move it. If it's done, mark it. If it's not on the board, it doesn't exist.
